I’m an Executive Producer and Director of Business Development at Digital Forms, the art-outsourcing studio I co-founded and scaled to a 200-person team across multiple countries. I build large-scale art pipelines, translate client needs into concrete production plans, and de-risk delivery across scope, schedule, and quality. An early leader in 3D scan-based production, I launched Russia’s first 100-DSLR photogrammetry studio in 2013 and have since integrated scan workflows into high-volume game art production. I work closely with art leads, manage international, cross-disciplinary teams, and own client relationships end-to-end—from pitch and pricing to execution, QC, and final delivery.
