I am currently working as a compensation analyst for CompTeam. Working with my colleagues, I have helped organizations navigate complicated market conditions and an increasingly competitive job market. CompTeam is a talent and compensation consulting organization working to help motivate and retain employees. I have worked with organizations to perform job evaluations, establish job architecture, and design effective compensation programs. My time as a consultant, working with various organizations from botanical gardens to fast-growth startups has opened my eyes to the complexities of compensating and motivating a workforce through tumultuous times such as Covid-19 and the Great Resignation.
