James Staunton came to Instinctif via the Wriglesworth Consultancy (which he joined in 2006). Having started out as an account manager, he became the Head of the Recruitment PR practice (providing PR for recruiters, employer branding advice, and PR for HR consultancies) and went on to run the Corporate Team (one of Wriglesworth's three divisions) where he specialised in property and mortgage PR. He become a director in 2012 and was appointed to the board in 2013. When Wriglesworth was sold in January 2015, James became a partner in new parent group, Instinctif. Working on a variety of clients he specialises in voice of authority campaigns.
