As DEV's founder and Managing Partner, Jay leads the mission of developing stunning properties in vibrant neighborhoods. He drives excellence through site selection, valuation, design, and construction treating each project as its own beautiful puzzle to solve. Jay oversees all aspects of the development of beautiful, sustainable urban housing projects. Previously as Chief Design and Construction Officer at Kaufman Development where he oversaw the design and development of some of Central Ohio's most exciting new multi-family and mixed-use projects. DeVore received his Bachelors of Architecture from Iowa State University and his M.B.A. in Real Estate and Finance from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business.Jay is an avid runner and cyclist.
