Jeff Love Bio In 1991 I performed my first comedy show for three minutes at a Comedy Club open-mic-night at a comedy club, Hyena’s. There was more desperation in that room than in the entire country of Ethiopia. Fully determined, by 1993, I was working almost full time at standup comedy, but I wasn’t making much money. I created a side hustle, consulting for small business in the towns and cities I was booked in. By 1999, I was making enough money telling jokes that I was able to stop booking consulting gigs and concentrate on booking corporate shows along with my comedy club dates.
