Jenn Elting, APR is the Senior Manager of Community & Media Relations for the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District in Cleveland, Ohio. A 17-year veteran of her agency with nearly 30 years of PR and communications experience, she never thought she’d make a living talking about wastewater treatment and stormwater management. Some days, it’s truly a dirty job. Prior to the Sewer District, Jenn worked in various aspects of public relations, everything from event planning and promotions to corporate communications.
