JoAnne Loftus is President and Owner of Archival Designs, a renowned home floor plan designer established in 1983, offering an extensive collection of house plans crafted by award-winning architects and designers. JoAnne has also been the Owner & Builder of J. Anthony Homes for 20 years. During that time, she developed two subdivisions in Gwinnett County. Earned Real Estate Brokers license from New York and Georgia. Active in the Home Builders Association in Georgia, and member of the National Association of Home Builder (NAHB). She held many leadership roles and was the Gwinnett County President for one year. Awarded Builder of the Year from NAHB 1994. Developed Archival Designs with David Loftus to make it an award-winning National Design Firm.
