Compt's mission is to create an environment of balance and belonging, so that everyone can live their best lives. The way we do that is by helping companies set-up, streamline, and scale employee perk stipends. I'm currently focused on ensuring we offer an amazing customer and product experience so that both providing and utilizing perks is fun, easy, and gratifying. Before Compt, I was a co-founder of ScholarJet, where I was dedicated to making entry-level hiring more inclusive and equitable through a skills-based process. Throughout ScholarJet's history, we awarded over $80,000 in funding to help those from diverse backgrounds pay for their education while also helping them connect with great employers.
