Josh Jia

Joshua Jia is a passionate executive search professional with deep relationships through his previous experiences in private equity and investment banking. Starting his career at BMO, Josh has worked on several IPOs and M&A transactions, and is closely familiar with the skillset required to source deals and manage a deal process. Josh has a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University, where he founded the investment club Limestone Capital and continues to be involved as an advisor on the board. Prior to joining Thorek, he created an interview coaching business, where he developed a passion for helping candidates to build their careers in finance.
