21 years in the real estate industry in the DC metro area - as a Realtor, then broker/owner of an indy brokerage called @home real estate, then opened a new indy brokerage/team specializing in the military community, called Foxtrot Company in 2023. First book was the Ultimate Guide to Northern Virginia Real Estate, second book about to publish Fall 2025 on winning military moves.
