Karsten Galyon

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and the founder of Alpine Roots Therapy, PLLC in Seattle, Washington. I works with couples, young adults, and men navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, and questions of identity and purpose. I draw from a wide range of modalities incuding, Developmental Model for Couples, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I help my clients strengthen communication, reconnect with their values, and build more meaningful relationships with themselves and others.
