Extensive commercial real estate development experience focusing on retail, light industrial and multi-family projects. Responsible for managing a development team and portfolio of active light industrial projects in various stages of development including: site evaluation, due diligence, entitlements, design, permitting, construction and stabilization. Current ULI member active in ULI Next and the ULI Arizona Office & Industrial Development Local Product Council.
