Kayleigh Yarwood

I’m currently looking to transition away from agency recruitment into an internal Talent or generalist HR role in a values-led organisation. I’ve spent the last 10 years working in recruitment, more recently in the HR sector forming a great base knowledge and understanding of all things People & OD. My degree introduced me to HR Management, exploring the employee life cycle key modules included Employee Relations and Employment Law. I’m keen to develop and continue learning and would love the opportunity to study towards my CIPD.
