Kelsey Russell-Murray

I have been working for the past twelve years as a Registered Dietitian. In my current role as inpatient RD at St Thomas Elgin General Hospital I specialize in critical care and stroke nutrition. I am also the owner of Gut Healthy Dietitian Inc., where I lead a team of dietitians in providing individual and group nutrition counselling services to a wide range of clients, as well as media work. In addition to our virtual clinic we provide the dietitian services at Western University to students, staff, and faculty. I enjoy public speaking with experience at corporate events, conferences and media speaking engagements.
