Kim Egel

I've been a licensed mental health therapist for over 16 years with a private practice based around the principles of authentic truth, somatic healing and overall whole health wellness. I received my BA degree in Human Development from UC San Diego and have a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. As a former semi professional track and field athlete, I recognize and bring the concepts of the mind, body and spirit connection into my client sessions. I work with my clients via providing both therapy & coaching sessions. I work mainly virtually and offers in person "walk & talk" sessions.
