I studied Psychology before receiving my Masters in Social Work (MSW) and Masters in Public Health (MPH) from UCLA. Here I spent time researching Anxiety Disorders and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder before graduating and beginning fieldwork. In the field I provided therapy and crisis counseling in the LA County Jail and alongside law enforcement. Here I was able to develop a unique perspective as a therapist, gaining deep insight into the human condition across all ages and circumstances. In this time I also trained with the FBI in crisis negotiation, adding to my depth of experience managing individual and interpersonal crisis and conflict.
