Costa is a software engineer and technical lead with a strong background in observability, database technology, and design systems. Currently at Grafana Labs, he is focused on crafting the future of observability. Previously, he led teams at Neo4j, where he created and scaled their internal design system to be used by over 50 engineers and 8 products. As a co-founder and former CEO, he also led the AI design assistant VisualEyes, growing it to 36,000 users before its successful acquisition.
