I'm Lisa Cruz, and I'm a co-founder of Cruz N Carz, an auto repair business just outside of Houston, Texas. Prior to becoming a business owner, I was a Registered Nurse for 25 years. My husband and I took a small two-car garage generating about $125,000 gross revenue per year, and turned it into a multi-million dollar auto repair business with two locations. Currently, I am writing a memoir about reinvention, entrepreneurship and creating a life beyond mere survival mode.
