I am an RN that is now the CEO of The Butterfly Pig, where we make medical play tools for pediatric patient education. We have made over 90 different realistic toys to represent medical diagnoses, procedures, and devices. However, toys are just one part of the equation. On a broader mission, I am an advocate for reducing preventable medical trauma and am pioneering the movement to change the way we deliver care.
