I am a self-starter, customer service oriented, peoples person. I work hard and I resolve problems before they occur. I'm most excited about working in HR because I get to be one of the first voices/faces a potential candidate or current employee interacts with. First impressions are important and I want to make the transition from candidate to an employee as smooth and welcoming as possible.
