There is an interesting phenomenon being on the receiving end of a sales meeting when you spend so much time trying to do just that, it's a tough job to be sure and it is so easy to see what the difference makers are doing that seperate them from their peers. What amazes me is when there is a top notch service but it's ruined by a below average, sales rep. If you've ever been there - we should talk!
