Dr. Michael Horwitz is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon with more than 25 years of experience treating a wide range of foot and ankle conditions. He leads Feet for Life Centers in St. Louis, where he focuses on evidence-based care and minimally invasive procedures for issues such as heel pain, neuromas, and sports injuries. In addition, Dr. Horwitz founded CleanSpa, a medical-grade nail spa designed to provide safe, hygienic pedicures and specialized nail care for individuals with diabetes, fungal infections, or sensitive skin. His approach combines clinical expertise with a focus on prevention and overall foot health.
