An experienced senior leader with over 2 decades of experience both in clinical leadership roles and third sector operational management. I also have experience of working in the NHS earlier in my career and more recently in partnership with the NHS and ICB's. I am now able to add private healthcare senior leadership to my portfolio. My roles have led me to work across the UK and I am competent in leading geographically dispersed multi disciplinary teams. I have strong experience in volunteer management and the integration of user voice and asset based community development methodology to enable the highest standards of service development. I am confident in working at board level and I bring an innovative and solution focused approach to my leadership.
