Nothing beats the feeling of making a positive impact in someone’s life. I have been doing this for five decades with my four passions… fashion, fitness, entrepreneurship, and giving back. My fashion career started with a BS degree in Fashion Design from Drexel University. For 15 years, I held design positions at notable companies where I designed women’s wear, children’s wear, and bridal and formal apparel. I also started a special occasion dress company. While designing, I became a long-distance runner, entering 5K to 10K races and marathons. A week at running camp in Vermont one summer changed my life, and I moved from Philadelphia to NYC to train in the oasis of Central Park.
