Food has always been my passion, but the restaurant life was not for me. I instead paired my loves of science, truth, and living well with the culture and connection of cooking to become a Registered Dietitian. Since 2018, I have worked in long term care, memory care, sub-acute rehabilitation, and outpatient dialysis. I enjoy connecting with patients through their cultural foods and working on changing their lives for the better with nutrition. I am a runner, rock climber, dog mom, and a hater of fad diets.
