Mohammad Amin Nejat is an OISC-accredited Immigration lawyer and the founder of Nejat Immigration Ltd, an immigration law firm based in Birmingham, UK. He was born on July 12, 1994, in Iran. Later, he moved to Birmingham, UK. He is an official member of the UK Immigration Law Practitioners' Association (ILPA). He holds a Master’sdegree with distinction from the University of Birmingham (2020), where his studies were supervised by the late Professor Peter J. N. Sinclair, a former tutor to UK Prime Minister David Cameron.
