Mohammad Amin Nejat (born on July 12, 1994) is an OISC-accredited immigration lawyer and the founder of Nejat Immigration Ltd, an immigration law firm based in Birmingham, England. He is an official member of the UK Immigration Law Practitioners' Association (ILPA). He was born in Iran. Later, he moved to Birmingham, UK. He holds a Master’s degree with distinction from the University of Birmingham (2020), where his studies were supervised by the late Professor Peter J. N. Sinclair, a former tutor to UK Prime Minister David Cameron.
