I'm the co-founder of Resnova, a specialist insurance consulting firm helping insurtechs, international insurers and automotive OEMs navigate complex cross-border regulation, build transformational programs, design innovative products. Prior to establishing Resnova, I was the Managing Director of an insurtech, Zego, where I left the carrier and served on the Board of Directors. In this role I completed a restructure of the business, led 4 complex regulatory approvals and scaled the business 4x. I now serve as a non-executive director of the company. Prior to joining Zego I was the Branch CEO of Tesla Insurance Europe's UK and Germany branches. I was responsible for regulatory management, product, pricing, underwriting for the Tesla Insurance carrier.
