Back in the day, Michael Perman went to Hotel Restaurant University, trained as a chef, led innovation in the food business, and then discovered the joys of wine while living near Napa, California as an innovation executive in the fashion business. His executive roles include leading global brand strategy, consumer insights, trend forecasting, and board-level workshop facilitation. Michael was Head of Insights and Foresights for Levi's as well as Senior Director of Global Marketing. Michael was then Head of Innovation for Gap, Inc.
