Denise Chakoian is a nationally certified personal trainer (ACE, AFAA), group fitness instructor, and cancer exercise specialist. She is the owner of CORE Cycle Fitness LaGree in Rhode Island, and creator of the CORE Method, a low-impact, high-intensity program blending Pilates, strength, and cardio. With over 30 years of experience, she specializes in functional training, cancer exercise programming, and injury recovery. A cancer survivor, Denise is also deeply involved in philanthropic work, raising funds and awareness for cancer research and community wellness initiatives.
