I'm educated and experienced in animal behavior and training. I've trained multiple species of animals, but mostly dogs. Teaching people to train their own dogs takes a lot - I'm training two species at once! From service dog teams to beautiful partnerships between people and their companion dogs, solving problems from counter-surfing to aggression, and teaching those who want to become animal trainers themselves, I've done it all. My education over the last 40 years or so has taken me to work with pioneers in animal behavior in various states and even other countries. Chickens, dolphins, goats, sheep, cats, and parrots have joined dogs as my models for behavior modification, and it's been a blast!
