I’m an experienced licensed professional counselor specializing in trauma-informed care, life transitions, chronic pain, and chronic illness. I am also a clinical supervisor for counseling interns and provisionally licensed counselors. My work centers on helping people navigate stress, trauma, relationship challenges, and emotional overwhelm. I own a private counseling practice in the Denver metro area and I have previously worked as a director of a group counseling practice.
