I am a Camino planner from Germany, now based in Porto, Portugal. I specialize in supporting people with depression, anxiety, and PTSD on their Camino journeys, though I am of course happy to plan Caminos for anyone. I have extensive knowledge and detailed documentation on all variants of the Camino Portugués (including the routes from Lisbon and via Braga), as well as the Camino Francés, Camino Inglés, and the Camino Finisterre–Muxía. I am an expert in the intersection of the Camino and mental health, and the unique challenges that can arise. I work with individuals or small groups, advising on optimal stage lengths, recommended places to stay, and necessary equipment. I also provide around-the-clock crisis support while my clients are walking the Camino.
