I'm the founder of BY BANKS, a technology consultancy based in Dubai. I design and build custom operational platforms, retail intelligence tools, and AI-powered systems for brands and enterprises. I've been doing this for 15+ years - working with the likes of adidas, Harrods, ASOS, Macy's, and JD Sports, building platforms that handle real operational complexity. I moved to Dubai from Manchester to work closer with businesses across the UAE who are stuck on spreadsheets, off-the-shelf tools, and fragmented systems. I lead every project personally, from architecture through to delivery.
