I'm a licensed life and health insurance agent in Michigan. In my role at Action Benefits, I deliver industry education and training to all of our 50+ employees, as well as the 1,200+ independent agents we support throughout the Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio. I'm charged with digging through health insurance carrier and government policies and press releases to distill the most impactful bits, which our agents can then pass on to customers in the Medicare, ACA Marketplace, and employer group markets. I also use several channels to help spread the word: As part of a marketing team of three, I help to manage our web presence, social media channels, and email marketing. My biggest achievement? Launching our average search position from the high thirties to 9.3 within the span of a year.
