Rebecca Paxton is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of My Front Porch, a seasonal decor company known for it's signature pumpkin porch installations across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. A Dallas native with more than over 15 years of professional experience, Rebecca draws on a rich background in Fortune 100 companies within HR, talent acquisition and project management. Her career began in publishing and evolved through corporate leadership roles before launching her own creative venture. Beyond her entrepreneurial work, Rebecca's greatest role is at home.
