People are both the most rewarding and challenging parts of every project, every change, and technology implementation. Don't feel helpless when a team isn't working well, a change isn't going well, or you aren't sure how to even become a team. There is so much we can do, from understanding how our brains work to coalescing our strengths to working through problems using systems thinking. I act as the outside guide, weaving new or existing teams into greater synergy and innovation. My work is science-based, interactive, FUN, and based on positive psychology.
