Rustin is an attorney and counselor at law. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Utah, is an instructor of business law and ethics for Weber State University, and has served as Chair for the Utah Bar’s Business Law Section. Rustin has taught numerous continuing education courses for attorneys and CPA's as well as universities, and is a volunteer with legislation committees on which he has participated in drafting and recommending a number of successful revisions to Utah statutes which are favorable to his clients.
