With over 25 years of experience at the intersection of technology and law, he serves as a fractional Chief Privacy Officer, outside counsel, and consultant to clients in the FinTech, insurance, and technology sectors. Ryan also contributes to public policy as a member of the Arizona Governor’s AI Steering Committee, where he helps shape the state’s framework for responsible AI adoption.
