No one starts out dreaming of being a recruiter. Like others, I fell into the staffing industry and loved it! I currently help run a staffing company and help run a software company designed to help staffing companies run smoothly. My job is simple: I talk (and listen) to companies about what matters most to them- their employees. And I talk (and listen) to candidates about what matters most to them- their background, skill-set, career goals, and quality of life.
