As the longtime CCO of an SEC-registered RIA with $2B in assets under management, Ryan has led marketing compliance programs, managed regulatory audits, and built firmwide compliance infrastructure from the ground up. With over a decade of experience navigating SEC and FINRA regulations, he launched Compliance Approved in 2025 to help firms streamline marketing review, reduce approval cycles, and stay compliant with confidence.
