My years of experience running group homes for Janus Youth lead me to develop food safety programs and education for training others to safely and creativly cook with what you have. This lead to writing and the credit of being the Author of Preservation Pantry: Modern Canning From Root To Top And Stem To Core. Currently I teach classes, do recipe development, write for major publications, speak at conferences, all while running my small local hot sauce business.
