Talent acquisition is my calling. It isn't just a job, but a dream job to serve as Head of TA for GWCC. Building teams, solving complex hiring problems, meeting the needs of my stakeholders, and developing solutions that scale keep me busy, challenged, and my creative juices flowing! Serving transitioning veterans, serving as the ATAP Vice President and liaison to the Professional Development committee, and my family fill the rest of my life. I speak on a variety of topics including talent strategy, salary negotiation, and mental health in the workplace. I also consult on the side, predominantly on Negotiation and Talent Strategy.
