Sarah Sumner (they/she) LCSW, is a sex and relationship therapist based in Brooklyn who helps insightful clients move from understanding their patterns to actually changing them. A graduate of Columbia University with advanced training in Internal Family Systems (IFS Level 2) and in somatic therapy, they specialize in helping couples and individuals increase their capacity for pleasure and explore how invisible identities (neurodivergence, chronic illness, queer identity in straight-passing relationships, white-passing, etc) impact sexual health and relational capacity.
