I am a civil litigation attorney in San Diego with a focus on internet-related matters, including disputes regarding IP (trade secrets, copyright, and trademarks), defamation, and the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. I graduated from Harvard Law School in 2007. I am a former Assistant U.S. Attorney. Since 2013, I have worked as a civil litigator for law firms or in private practice and cofounded the law firm Lesowitz Gebelin LLP.
