I am a holistic wellness coach, Reiki practitioner, and mental health therapist. During my ten years working in mental health as a therapist, I saw that mind-body connection is extremely important yet overlooked. Our physical health, emotional health, and spiritual health all need to be in balance if we want to feel our best. After some post-grad training in nutrition, I began training in holistic health and wellness coaching.
