I grew up near the beach in Florida and began my college career at Loyola University New Orleans. After moving to Denver, Colorado; I obtained a degree in Communication and English through Regis University. ​ I worked ridiculously hard as an event planner, handling weddings and fundraisers and corporate events for some time, but knew my heart was in interior design. ​ After becoming a mother and designing my four children’s nurseries, numerous events, and homes as a favor to friends, I launched my own design firm. I named my business The Neighbor's House because sometimes things really do seem better at the neighbor's house.
