Sterling Weaver

I graduated with my Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics for Colorado State University in Spring 2022. Now I’m completing my Masters degree at Rutgers University in combination with my Dietetic Clerkship at the New Mexico VA Hospital. My interest in Nutrition started when I was young when my brother was born with an illness greatly affected by what he eats. My personal connection is what sparked my passion for Nutrition. Moving forward, culinary arts and the restaurant industry also piqued my interest. I have experience in all of these fields through my jobs and education. Ultimately, I would like to integrate my culinary arts experience as a nutrition professional to teach others what is healthy and how to cook those healthy foods.
