Terri Lewis is Chief People Officer at One Call. As a member of the Executive Team, Terri is responsible for driving the acceleration of the organization through leadership, differentiated talent models, attracting and developing the best talent and building a culture of engagement, agility and innovation. She is an expert in working in organizations with geographically distributed workforces, large service center locations and remote workforces. Terri has played a key role in workforce and business transformation. Throughout her career, she has been an advocate of the HR professional as a strategy driver with a true understanding of the organization and it's P&L and the ability to develop and implement a people strategy to drive business results.
