Thomas Sixt

Thomas Sixt is a professional chef and food photographer with 35 years of experience in professional kitchens across Germany, Austria, France, and Spain. He trained under Alfons Schuhbeck and worked at Michelin-starred restaurants including Tantris Munich and Residenz bei Heinz Winkert. He is the author of four cookbooks and has conducted cooking courses for more than 12,000 participants over his career. Today, Thomas runs thomassixt.de, a German-language recipe platform with over 800 recipes, and thomassixt.com, a fine art food photography portfolio.
