I created Synergy following my graduation from Cabrini University, motivated by my own experience in addiction and recovery. I built Synergy on the values that I live by: community, process, and accountability. Aiming to instill these principles in the framework of Synergy, I have emphasized the importance of action throughout the recovery process to prepare residents for life after Synergy. On top of Synergy, I continue to spread my message and personal experience all over the country, speaking to schools, teams, and other communities. My story is one that highlights strength and hope, the foundations for what Synergy has become. In my free time, I am a dedicated family man, participate in my own 12-step recovery program, and continue to pursue competitive sports.
